Director
Adil Hakim, B.S.c., MPA
Born in Jakarta in 1976, Adil Hakim is a graduate of the Florida Institute of Technology, United States (Bachelor of Aviation Management, 1997) and holds a Master of Public Administration from the National University of Singapore (2008). With more than 25 years of experience, he is known as a multidimensional professional who has a strong track record in corporate management, energy, regional development, and strategic government communication. Starting his career as a discourse writer on the Special Staff of the President of the Republic of Indonesia (2008 - 2009), Adil then led various cross-sector business entities. Currently, he serves as Director at PT Sumber Migas Nusantara and PT Global Migas Nusantara, which are KSO Pertamina EP partners in managing the Jatirarangon Block and the Sukatani - Haurgeulis - Pamanukan Selatan Block, Region 2 West Java. Adil Hakim is also known to be active in various strategic and social organizations. He currently serves as the General Chairperson of the Indonesian Community Sports Committee (KORMI) for the 2024 - 2028 period.

Epi Supriadi, S.Ak
Born in Sukabumi in 1969, Epi Supriadi graduated with a top-tier degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia (UI). He has been involved in finance and accounting for over 30 years. He currently serves as Finance Director at PT. Sintertech, a manufacturer of Nickel-Zinc ferrite products, and as a commissioner at oil and gas companies PT Sumber Migas Nusantara and PT Global Migas Nusantara. He is known as a skilled negotiator, strategic decision-maker, and has in-depth expertise in finance and accounting. Epi Supriadi is also active in various strategic and social organizations. He currently serves as the General Treasurer of the Indonesian Community Sports Committee (KORMI) for the 2024-2028 period.

Senior Advisor
Ir. Josmar Parhusip, M.B.A
Josmar Parhusip is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry with more than 30 years of experience leading national and international operations (offshore, deep sea, and on land). He graduated top of his class in Electrical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (1987) and later earned a degree in International Business from Prasetiya Mulya Business School (2022). His career began at Schlumberger in Melbourne before advancing at ARCO Indonesia as Engineering and Operational Managers, overseeing Drilling, Completion, Workover, and Intervention projects in the Java Sea, North Bali, the Gulf of Mexico, and New Zealand. Following ARCO’s acquisition by BP in 2000, Josmar held several senior leadership roles in Engineering, Operations, Business Support, and Procurement, managing strategic projects across Indonesia as well as global assignments in London, Aberdeen, Angola, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia. His expertise includes high-risk operations in the North Sea and Azerbaijan. After his tenure at BP, he served Pertamina as Operations Advisor for NSO and SHU and later as Director of Operations in Rokan, Pekanbaru. With his proven international track record, Josmar continues to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation in the energy sector.
